Views were incredible. Kelly gave us excellent service. We enjoyed the food, especially the fries and apple cherry crisp. We couldn't finish either of them.

Ryan the bartender was very nice with good service. Sangria was refreshing and the crab cake is worth getting

Most wonderful birthday party. Mark at Mesa grill made this event so very perfect. He spoke with me many times as my numbers kept changing due to corona virus. The service was impeccable. The food was so very good. Every bite!!! And the Margaritas and sangria so well made. The views from this restaurant were also amazing. The ten of us concluded with a cocktail on the patio with the setting sun. We couldn’t stop talking about my beautiful 60th birthday party at the Mesa Grill.

The skinny margarita is delicious. Very good service, definitely one of the best un town.

Steak and grits, I cut the steak with a butter knife, so delicious and tender. Staff was engaging and attentive. Will be back to check out a sunset view soon.

The staff is attentive and friendly. The scenery is just amazing. If you are looking for something different to try, this is the place. We had the pulled pork and a side of sidewinder fries. Who knew that Parmesan would taste so good on corn!

Food was amazing and the views are great. Nice atmosphere. The service was just a little slow but server was still nice.

Delectable foods with layers of flavor that make your taste buds do a happy dance😄 We enjoyed an appetizer of hummus with mint tabbouleh and pita bread. It was delicious!!😋 They offer a nice variety of drinks as well. We ordered the white sangria and it was amazing, one of the best we've ever had 😊 We've been there for lunch and dinner before and it is always been an excellent experience. They're located close to the runways and you can watch the planes coming in and taking off. You can sit inside or outside on their lovely patio. Go check them out yourself... I don't think you will be disappointed.👍👍👍👍👍

Delicious! Great portion sizes. Imaginative, bursting with flavor, and fair pricing. Every seat has a view, but sit outside in the enclosed patio area, and enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of the planes. The service is very attentive. Everything is so good, you'll want to come back to try something new each time. A Sedona MUST!

One of my new favorite restaurants! Great everything...first, the view, absolutely breathtaking. Then attentive and engaging service from Kerri. Cocktails were on point. And the food was fantastic, good portions, creative flavors, visually stimulating presentation. Mesa Grill has it going on!

My wife and I enjoyed our first night out for dinner at the Mesa Grill. I had the Mesa House salad. The dressing was light and had a citrus taste to it, perfect amount. Fresh berries, pecans, and feta cheese, too good. My wife had the pasta and shared it with me. I liked it, the portebelo mushrooms, spinach, roasted peppers, chicken, and rich sauce was perfect. I also had the corn cobb and grits, which was very tasted. The price not bad when you consider the location and live music. The size of the plates were large. The waiter was very friendly.

Very courteous servers, amazing view, and delicious food. The side salad that came with my sandwich was the best one of my life! It had pecans, blackberries, blue cheese and more! Every detail was thought about. And the building itself and architecture is really nice.

We ordered the scallops and pork belly for appetizer, and the grilled vegetarian and the pork ribs for entree. Other than the pork belly that is a little bit overdone, everything else is perfect. The view and atmosphere is fantastic. Reservation is recommended.

We got to sit outside, and the weather was gorgeous! Our server was Jillian. And we were so impressed with her! My wife ordered coffee and asked for flavored creamer. Because of the current pandemic situation, they didn't have any individual servings of flavored creamer. About 5 minutes later Jillian came out with 2 tiny pitchers of "flavored creamers." She told us she got creative with some dessert syrupy stuff, chocolate and caramel, and mixed them with regular cream! My wife was so impressed with Jillian, she went above and beyond, and more. And they both tasted yummy!The food was good, but the service was the best I've ever experienced! I forgot what we ate, but we'll never forget Jillian! Thank you!!

Went there for a wedding a few months ago. The food was good the scenery was very very good. The help was good we couldn’t avast for a better evening. They were very accommodating

1st time and gave to say despite the reviews that were negative I still went. I can tell you now the service and hospitality was superb. Everyone was extremely friendly and surpassed any expectations. The food was amazing as well as the views. Will definitely be back.

They had a limited menu due to just opening post covid closing. We had already decided what we wanted online before hand and they didn’t have it which was kind of a bummer. What we got was alright just not what we had gone there for. Service was great though, the wait wasn’t too long, and it was just really cool sitting out and watching all the little planes. Also we didn’t take our dog but they have a doggy menu and we’re so sweet with the pups that were there so that was really nice to see.

They don't have a very large menu with option to pick from but I got the white cheddar burger a d it was super tasty. Nice and juicy and flavorful.

My wife and I dined with another couple at Mesa Grill on 8-14-2020. Great experience. The guys had the ribs and our ladies had the Spinach and Pork Belly salad and the Southwest chicken Pasta. We were all very, very pleased! My wife esp raved about the Spinach and Pork Belly Salad. The ribs were terrific...and I like that they're served with sauce on the side. I prefer the dry rub style myself as they serve it. Have to highlight the service we received. Kelly was our waitress and she served us joyfully and really added to the experience. She's a real pro. And although I didn't catch his name (darn mask!), the young man who prepared our guacamole tableside also served us enthusiastically. We are from Scottsdale and often head up to Sedona. On future trips we'll definitely be including Mesa Grill on the itinerary!

This is a fantastic place a must-see when you're in Sedona. The entrees are amazing just don't get the award-winning key lime pie if you do you'll find out why you shouldn't have.. lolif you're a key lime pie purist you will not enjoy it because it's drenched in chocolate and has raspberries and blueberries

Our first time here. We will certainly be back for more. Great food, delicious cocktails, and wonderful views. Our server, Angie, was the best!

Price was fair for the quality of food, but I felt like service could have been more attentive. For example, I watched a woman struggle to get her stroller through the door as the hostess just stood there attending to an empty lobby. And being over-staffed for the patrons at the time, I felt there was an unreasonable delay in our service.

Great Views!!! Building is surrounded by windows so no matter what seat you pick you will have beautiful views to enjoy while you eat! The breakfast was good as well. Wish they had various options for creamer but other than that nice place!

We've been here a half a dozen times and are always so happy with the food. We were nervous with covid, but we were appropriately spaced from others. Great food, great service and phenomenal views. We ❤ mesa grill!!

My entree of steak and green chili grits was amazing. On the other hand, friend’s beef brisket hash was clearly corned beef, not meat from their smoker, and tasted like canned. To the proprietor’s credit, they refunded the price and offered a replacement meal. Others around us were clearly enjoying their food, so we would consider returning.

This place is awesome!!! The food was sooooo delicious! It was so good that we literally came pack the next night again for dinner. We all ordered different things from steak, to ribs, and salmon... All of it was absolutely delicious!

Great experience for my dog and I. I was happy to see they had a dog section on the menu, but I ended up ordering a grilled chicken for her anyways, because she did not like the stew on the dog menu. I had the rib eye steak and it was delicious! Service was good as well, friendly staff.

Second time here this week. We came back both for the food and service. Tonight when it was so crowded and distancing was important we went outside to wait after we checked in with the hostess. The manager came out to to take our drink order as if it were just usual. Such a nice touch. Not asked for but given.

Was so delicious!! The corn was courtesy of the chef so we didn't get charged for it. The food is delicious and the portions are well worth the price of the food.

Excellent menu! Lobster. Steak. Salmon, burgers. Happy Hour drink and food menu ends at 5:30. Great views of the Sedona Rock Cliffs!

First time dining here and we had such a good experience. The host, waiter and the bus boy were awesome. Professional, fast and very polite. When it come to the food, portions were huge and it was pretty good. They have a dog friendly patio which is a bonus. Love it!

Really beautiful surroundings wonderful staff and amazing food. The salad was perfect that my friend ordered and my chicken chorizo quesadilla was amazing. We returned the next day for breakfast and the staff couldn't be nicer. Sam was amazing and helped us to sit where we wanted to sit and get served even though it was a little bit out of the normal rules for the place. Couldn't be happier with the service or the food highly recommend.

Amazing views, great menu. I had the fish and chips that was every bit as good as our server Eddie suggested. Clean and distance appropriate for seating in this new lifestyle we need to adhere to. Will come again, and recommend highly!

Such a cool spot with a great view of the mountains in the horizon. Food was as expected for the price. Not wow-ing, but still good. Definitely a extensive drink menu. Check it out.

The Mesa Grill is excellent! The service was terrific! I feel bad I didn’t get his name! The calamari was perfect. The ribs were perfectly spiced and the sauce on the side was very tasty. The meat fell off the bones! So much food! The salted caramel gelato and coffee made a great finish for an excellent meal. The musician was a nice touch.

Nice selection of beers and menu items. Tables were well spaced, but we would have felt safer if ALL the servers would wear their masks correctly, we can't wear a mask and eat and drink, too.

With unique views of Red Rock, aircraft hustle and bustle at airport, and a few modest trails close in proximity, make your time at the Mesa Grill a sweet choice.A unique menu and reasonable prices make this a great stop. Staff offer excellent, friendly service.

Incredible experience, I highly recommend. Food served promptly, service is too notch and the food taste great. We had eggs Benedict, huevos rancheros and a BLT. My family and I enjoyed every last bite. We were in town visiting from Los Angeles. Wish I had taken pictures before we devoured!! But here is the aftermath.

This place was great with beautiful views! The table side guacamole was delicious. I tried the jalapeno blackberry margarita and it was fantastic as well. My fiance and I split a bacon white cheddar cheeseburger and a order of fries and it was plenty of food! It is a little on the pricey side but totally worth it!
